Their Big Debut!

The kittens made their debut tonight at the Fair Lakes Petsmart. They were a big hit with the volunteers, especially our awesome young ladies helping with the adoption table.

The final weigh in...

Little Angel finally broke the 2 pound benchmark! So tomorrow my crew of costume kittens will get be getting spayed and neutered! So look out for them at adoption events this weekend!

Angel is silly...

Angel is always entertaining himself. Here he is playing quietly in the corner while the other kittens run around. He is a silly sweetheart.

Whenever I open the door the kittens run to opposite sides and start pawing at each other. They are so cute.

Meeting the Foster Pup

The kittens go to meet their foster brother Shiloh this week. Shiloh was super excited to play with the kittens and my tiny tortie, Jester, was happy to bat him on the nose. Ha ha.

Window Watching

Jester may be a funny girl, but she is also fearless and brave! This smartie is always finding new adventures and is full of surprises. Most recently, she has figured out how a creative way to get to her window perch and watch the birdies.

It might be storming outside with all of this unpleasant hurricane business, but all Angel wants to do is snuggle!

Cowboy is an expert percher...

The cuteness of it all!

The kittens are getting bigger every week and they seem to just get cuter and cuter! Angel is still my tiniest little one and we're waiting on him to gain a little more weight before the kittens can get spayed and neutered. Only 0.4 lbs to go until adoption time! He is such a beautiful little boy!

Princess is my biggest pumpkin. She has also become my biggest snuggle bug! She just purrs and purrs and purrs! She is also gorgeous!

Cowboy is such a love and so so handsome. He has such a soft face and a gentle nature. He is always crawling into my lap and nuzzling my cheek.

My tiny tortie, Jester, is quite the stinker! She is super affectionate, but she plays like there is no tomorrow. We are working on learning to nibble on toys and not my fingers... She is fearless.

Studying...

The kittens don't approve of my attempt to study... They think my time is better spent cuddling with them. I agree!

Water for me?

The kittens have their very own water fountain, but somehow water is just tastier when it is in my cup...

Family Photo!

When I came into the kitty room this afternoon the kittens were perfectly posed for a family photo! They are looking super snazzy in their brand new glitter collars from a great shop on Etsy.

Trick or Treat?!

Lost Dog and Cat Rescue Foundation is Trick or Treating for Halloween!

The dogs and cats at Lost Dog don't need candy or sugary goodies this year, but they need lots of love and care until they are adopted. New Scratcher Toy

The kittens inherited a new kong scratcher today from a fellow LDCRF cat foster. Apparently none of their cats liked the toy, but my kittens seem to LOVE it!

The Kittens Meet Apollo!

Since meeting Mamah went so well, we brought in our silly pit bull Apollo to meet the kittens. They loved him and he loved licking them!

This is the first time that the kittens got to meet one of our dogs. They were very curious and all did really well with our terrier Mamah!

My little Angel

Angel is my teeniest, tiniest kitten, but this little guy has the biggest heart. He has such a gentle spirit and always taps my fingers ever so softly. There isn't a mean bone in his little body, just loads and loads of love and sweetness. He is going to make some lucky family very happy.

Costume Kittens!

After the kittens' initial weigh in, I was a little doubtful that they would be big enough to be Halloween themed kittens. So I started thinking about other possible names for my little ones... Tonight as I was wandering up and down the Petsmart aisles during an adoption event I saw all of these cute sparkly costumes and I thought "Hmmm... I know! Costume kittens!" So to my boyfriend's dismay, I picked out four tiny costumes - a cowboy, a jester, a princess, and an angel. More pictures to come!
